SaltOutlet.com is a premium .com that I’ve been holding on two for a few years.  Honestly I hate salt in my food.  However I love salt air and saltwater.  I figured SaltOutlet.com could be some sort of cool shop that focuses on salt products (such as candles, clothing, etc).
