Catholic Music Show – to be part of the Catholic Music Foundation (under development)

More and more I’m feeling called to support, promote and distribute Catholic Music. Not just grandma’s old church hymns (love you grandma) but rather contemporary music by authentic catholic artists.
Recently registered the following in support of the above vision:
- CatholicMusic.tv
- CatholicMusicFoundation.org and CatholicMusicFoundation.com
These domains will also be added to the Catholic Media Portfolio. But I list them separately as they are specifically focused on music.
What will the project entail: I am looking at showcasing catholic music and artists via a weekly podcast that will hopefully evolve into a radio/youtube show. To advance this effort I’ve registered an account with PodBean as a potential starting point to officially launch the webcast. I’ll update this project once there is a dedicated URL for the show.

We need catholic music
Brainstorming on Catholic Music Ministry. More and more I am feeling called to launch a music ministry focused on supporting, distributing and promoting artists who live according to the doctrines of the Catholic Faith, and who make music that complements the same. I’m not talking about sacred music, for which we should have nothing but the upmost respect for. Instead I am talking about contemporary music that can used as a tool for evangelization and entertainment. We need music that is fun, catchy, entertaining and inspirational.
